ROT (Return on Time) Improves your Results

To become YOUR best, you must set the right goals, listen to yourself, focus on what you do well and measure your location.

Time is your most valuable asset!!!

The sooner you start focusing on your ROT, the sooner your opponents begin struggling to make solid contact with any pitch you throw.

ROT Tip #1 - Your Goal

1. The fastest way to stop wasting your time is knowing the answer to this question …
“What is the goal of your goal?”

Finding the answer to this question means you won’t bite off more than you can chew and, by realizing these smaller victories, your results will improve exponentially.

ROT Tip#2 - Care About You

2. Stop listening to everyone else’s opinion and start listening to your inner-most thoughts.

This stops you from letting others disrupt your natural flow and, with your natural flow intact, you instantly begin producing better results.

ROT Tip#3 - Think about What You Do Right

3. Think more about the things you do right than the things you do wrong.

Stop focusing on the things you do wrong and your positive energy drives better results.

ROT Tip#4 - Keep It Simple

4. Keep it simple.

Measure the frequency of your balls traveling into your target. The more your ball travels into your target, the more the measurements the baseball community wants to see falls into line.

Stop Wasting Your Time

To become YOUR best, you must set the right goals, listen to yourself, focus on what you do well and measure your location.

If You’re Aiming, You’re Blaming

My “Winning Pitch Location Strategies©” offers cutting-edge, dynamic front leg lifts that are guaranteed to engage your lower half and, without having to aim, force you to deliver your pitches directly into your target.

Location is all about your safety

Your body signals your brain about your position, alignment and movements. Your brain uses this information to keep you upright and injury free. When necessary, your brain automatically makes corrections that’ll keep you from getting hurt.

In pitching, your drive for safety becomes your advantage!

The conscious work you put into your front leg lift combines with your throwing action to force your stride.

Once you complete your stride, to get back in balance, your body goes through an array of automatic actions. To your advantage, a critical piece of this spontaneous response is your throwing action.

Continually combine your dynamic front leg lift with an automatic stride and, without any conscious thought, your movements produce the same excellent results over and over and over again.

Sustainable pitch location is complicated, but far from impossible

Ending your front leg lift in a dynamic position requires a working knowledge of every Law of Nature.

Overlook even the most insignificant factor and, because you’re dealing with balance, you tip the scales to losing your hips, struggling with location, tipping your pitches and showing your opponent a very predictable ball path.

My “Winning Pitch Location Strategies©” offers cutting-edge, dynamic front leg lifts that are guaranteed to engage your lower half and, without having to aim, force you to deliver your pitches directly into your target.

To be successful, you need the sustainable lower half driven location contained in my “Winning Pitch Location Strategies©”. To find out more, contact me.

Where does pitch location come from?

If no one you know can teach you to prepare, activate and trust your body to locate your pitches, the “Pitch Location Masterclass©” is here for you!

Location comes from the way your body works

When you step on very slick ice, without thinking about it, your body goes into alert mode and, to make sure you don’t fall over, your arms take on a life of their own.

Your alert mode ends when you no longer need your arms for balance. It’s only at this point that you can think about how you want to move.

Therefore, when in alert mode, you have no control over your movements, but, when you no longer need your arms for balance, you have complete control over how you want to move.

Location means you want to be out-of-control

Location means …
  1. Before you complete your stride, you create a moment of balance,
  2. You then use a pre-planned movement to trigger your alert mode, then
  3. You let your alert mode use your throwing action to get your body back in balance.

Location comes from proper preparation, understanding alert mode triggers and realizing the combination of the two makes your pitch location almost foolproof.

Location revolves around trust

Pitch location is and exercise in…
  • Preparing your body to go into alert mode,
  • Sparking your alert mode and
  • Trusting your body to produce the pitch location everyone else is searching to find!
If no one you know can teach you to prepare, activate and trust your body to locate your pitches, the “Pitch Location Masterclass©” is here for you!

A Roadmap to Pitch Location

The “Pitcher’s Location Masterclass©” sets and keeps you on the path that’ll turn you into the Pitcher you want to be.

Slight changes, big consequences

Let’s forget about pitching for a second and take a pretend trip.
  • We’re in different cars driving side-by-side.
  • There’s a fork in the road where the forks are separated by a single degree.
  • You continue moving straight and I take the one-degree fork in the road.

At first the difference between us is very slight, but well down the road, we end up far, far away from one another.

Alter your path and you may never recover?

Your body is programmed to follow a single road map that’ll produce the location you need to constantly challenge all hitters.

Any variation from this path and you’ll never really know with any certainty where your ball will end up.
  •  A small (but critical) change takes you away from your desired, location-producing path.
  • Once this small change takes hold, because you’re not locating your pitches, you make another slight change.
  • To compensate, in an attempt to improve your location, you continue making change after change.

In a short time, you’ve made so many changes that you get lost and challenging the hitters you face becomes virtually impossible.

The solution

My “Pitcher’s Location Masterclass©” gives you your personal road map to productive location.

These Masterclasses give you …
  • An action plan for productive pitch location.
  • A vision of what your “good” looks like.
  • A method to leverage the way your body is built to work.
  • Long-term, productive habits.

The “Pitcher’s Location Masterclass©” sets and keeps you on the path that’ll turn you into the Pitcher you want to be.
