Your Proprioceptive Reactions Put the Ball in Your Target!

A Glove Hand explosion moves your weight forward and prompts a delivery where your Throwing Hand comes to life and sends your pitch to your target with uncanny regularity.

Your Body contains an automatic balance mechanism that keeps you in balance even in your normal life.

Here’s how this automatic balance mechanism guides your pitch location.

Bad Reactions

Due to this automatic balance mechanism, with their Feet too far apart, you routinely place your Front Knee behind your Front Hip.

Your Front Leg movement forces your weight over your Back Foot and your Stride forces your weight to move toward your target.

Again, due to your automatic balance mechanism, your weight moving toward your target prompts your Throwing Arm to go behind your Body.

You land your Stride, and your Throwing Arm frees to deliver the ball near your target.

Good Reactions

However, due to this same automatic balance mechanism, with their Feet close together, you spontaneously place your Front Knee in front of your Front Hip.

To maintain your balance, you then lift your Front Leg, your Back Leg drifts down, and your Glove Hand comes forward.

A Glove Hand explosion moves your weight forward and prompts a delivery where your Throwing Hand comes to life and sends your pitch to your target with uncanny regularity.

Your Starting Position Puts the Ball in Your Target!

With your weight still in front of your Back Foot, your Throwing Arm mirrors your Glove Hand action and, at Foot Strike, reacts to your Glove Arm.

Your motion revolves around the balance in your Starting Position.

Suspect Arm Action

Your Starting Position begins out of balance and shifts with each phase of your motion.

When you go into your Front Foot Lift, you weight gets balanced over your Back Foot.

Once you begin your motion, your Throwing Arm going behind your Body counterbalances your Front Foot movement.

Your Front Foot finally hits the ground, and your Throwing Arm works alone to bring the ball near your target.

Good Arm Action

Your Starting Position balances your weight just in front of your Back Foot.

As you go into your Front Leg Lift, your weight stays just in front of your Back Foot.

When you begin your motion, your weight stays just in front of your Back Foot and your Throwing Arm naturally stays in front of your Body.

With your weight still in front of your Back Foot, your Throwing Arm mirrors your Glove Hand action and, at Foot Strike, reacts to your Glove Arm.

Your Glove Arm flipping and pointing to your target fires the ball to your target with uncanny regularity.

Your Glove Hand Puts the Ball in Your Target!

When your Front Knee stays in front of your Front Hip, your Glove Hand is free to sweep across your Body while your Front Foot remains off the ground.

A proper Glove Hand plays a huge role balancing your Foot Strike and getting the ball to your target.

An Out-of-Place Glove Hand

In your Starting Position, when your Front Knee goes behind your Front Hip, your Glove Hand is used only for balance and is clearly an obstacle to your location.

Without Glove Hand involvement, you land your Stride, and your Throwing Arm alone delivers your pitch.

Your Throwing Arm working alone pulls the ball to your target and, unless you have a feel for the target, causes you to lose your location.

Properly Placed Glove Hands

However, in your Starting Position, when your Front Knee stays in front of your Front Hip, your Glove Hand is free to sweep across your Body while your Front Foot remains off the ground.

Your Glove Hand causes your Hips to fire, your Hips get your Front Foot to land, and your Throwing Arm to come through to deliver the ball.

Your Eyes looking at a spot within your Catcher’s mitt take the ball to your target with uncanny regularity.

FREE Instruction When We Can’t Get Your Proprioceptive Responses in Line!

Your Feet staying one baseball width apart puts your Body in balance.

Proprioception is a sixth sense that moves your Body from one balanced position to another.

When in balance, you control your Body movements, but, when your Body is out of balance, your Body parts take on a life of their own.

Three Proprioceptive Reactions

With your Feet more than one baseball width apart, as you lift your Front Foot, you make a proprioceptive reaction.

Your Front Knee naturally goes behind your Front Foot.

Again, your proprioceptive reactions come into play as your Front Foot comes forward.

Your Front Foot takes over your motion and you land your Stride to get back into balance.

Once in balance, you deliver the ball to your target at a random location.

One Proprioceptive Reaction

However, your Feet staying one baseball width apart puts your Body in balance.

Your Front Knee Lift rotates your Front Thigh to keep your Body in balance.

Your Glove Hand moves with your Glove Hand Palm facing your target.

You flip your Glove Hand Palm to deliver the ball to your target.

You deliver the ball to your target with uncanny regularity.

FREE Instruction When We Can’t Get Your Body in Balance!

To keep your weight balanced from your Front Knee finishing to Home Plate side of your Front Foot, your next action is to bend your Back Knee and, at the same time, extend your Glove Arm.

You only control your actions when your Body is in balance.

Poor Balance

When your Front Foot goes to the Home Plate side of your Front Knee, your weight balances over your Back Foot.

You move from your Front Foot lift to your Foot Strike, and you discover your Throwing Arm controls your actions as you go into your Foot Strike.

Once you land your Foot Strike, your Throwing Hand frees itself to deliver the ball.

Your Throwing Hand works alone to release the ball and misses your target more often than throwing the ball directly to your target.

The Balance You Need

When your Front Knee finishes to the Home Plate side of your Front Foot, your weight balances just in front of your Back Foot.

To keep your weight balanced from your Front Knee finishing to Home Plate side of your Front Foot, your next action is to bend your Back Knee and, at the same time, extend your Glove Arm.

When your Glove Arm naturally goes Palm up, your Throwing Arm fires the ball to your target with uncanny regularity.
