Hi, I’m Coach Skip and I have a simple way to improve your command (and velocity).
Your front foot position predicts your front knee lift.
Front Foot Mover Than Shoulders
When you begin with your front foot wider than your Shoulders,
you end your front leg lift with your front knee behind your front hip.
From this position you have little control over your pitch.
Feet 1-Baseball Width
However, begin your motion with your feet one baseball width
apart, you merely lift your front leg, and your Front Knee stays in front of
your Front Hip.
From this position you know where your ball will end up
