FREE Instruction When We Can’t Get Your Proprioceptive Responses in Line!

Your Feet staying one baseball width apart puts your Body in balance.

Proprioception is a sixth sense that moves your Body from one balanced position to another.

When in balance, you control your Body movements, but, when your Body is out of balance, your Body parts take on a life of their own.

Three Proprioceptive Reactions

With your Feet more than one baseball width apart, as you lift your Front Foot, you make a proprioceptive reaction.

Your Front Knee naturally goes behind your Front Foot.

Again, your proprioceptive reactions come into play as your Front Foot comes forward.

Your Front Foot takes over your motion and you land your Stride to get back into balance.

Once in balance, you deliver the ball to your target at a random location.

One Proprioceptive Reaction

However, your Feet staying one baseball width apart puts your Body in balance.

Your Front Knee Lift rotates your Front Thigh to keep your Body in balance.

Your Glove Hand moves with your Glove Hand Palm facing your target.

You flip your Glove Hand Palm to deliver the ball to your target.

You deliver the ball to your target with uncanny regularity.

FREE Instruction When We Can’t Get Your Body in Balance!

To keep your weight balanced from your Front Knee finishing to Home Plate side of your Front Foot, your next action is to bend your Back Knee and, at the same time, extend your Glove Arm.

You only control your actions when your Body is in balance.

Poor Balance

When your Front Foot goes to the Home Plate side of your Front Knee, your weight balances over your Back Foot.

You move from your Front Foot lift to your Foot Strike, and you discover your Throwing Arm controls your actions as you go into your Foot Strike.

Once you land your Foot Strike, your Throwing Hand frees itself to deliver the ball.

Your Throwing Hand works alone to release the ball and misses your target more often than throwing the ball directly to your target.

The Balance You Need

When your Front Knee finishes to the Home Plate side of your Front Foot, your weight balances just in front of your Back Foot.

To keep your weight balanced from your Front Knee finishing to Home Plate side of your Front Foot, your next action is to bend your Back Knee and, at the same time, extend your Glove Arm.

When your Glove Arm naturally goes Palm up, your Throwing Arm fires the ball to your target with uncanny regularity.

FREE Instruction When We Can’t Send the Ball to Your Target!

Your Starting Position balances your weight to right in front of your Back Foot.

Questionable Shoulder Alignment

Your Shoulders must stay close to guide your baseball to your target.

When you Stride too far, your Starting Position causes your Body to land with your Shoulders open.

When your Stride ends up short, your Starting Position causes your Shoulders to close, and your ball misses your target.

Your exact Stride length guides the ball around your target.

First-Class Head Control

However, when your Starting Position prompts your Glove Hand to fire your Foot Strike, your Head guides the ball’s location.

Your Glove Hand engages your Lower Body and pulls your Throwing Hand to send the ball to your target.

Your Head moving toward your target prompts the ball to go toward your target on every pitch.

Creating Head Control

Your Starting Position balances your weight to right in front of your Back Foot.

As you move into your release, your Shoulders being in line with your target keeps your Head in place.

There’s no conflict and your Throwing Hand naturally sends the ball right to your target with uncanny regularity.

FREE Instruction When We Can’t Get Your Weight Balanced!

Your Feet are placed one baseball width apart and you flared your Knees outward.

The best Pitchers have their weight create an environment where they deliver the ball automatically to their target.

Bad Balance

You place your weight over or in front of your Back Foot and your delivery is out of balance.

To hit your target, the only use of your Glove Arm is to keep you closed.

Essentially, your Foot Strike clears your Glove Arm, and your Throwing Arm makes a throwing action.

Your Throwing Hand works alone, and your command gets spotty.

Great Balance

However, placing your weight on the Second Base side of your Back Foot keeps your Body in balance.

To hit your target, your Glove Arm is free to come across your Body and your Lower Body gets involved with your motion.

Almost simultaneously, your Foot Strike pulls your Lower Body forward and your Throwing Hand into release.

You hit your target with uncanny regularity.

Creating Good Balance

Your Feet are placed one baseball width apart and you flared your Knees outward.

At this point, if you don’t straighten your Back Leg, your Back Knee begins over the Little Toes of your Back Foot.

FREE Instruction When We Can’t Get Your Foot Position Right!

As a conscious effort, you lift your Front Leg to make sure your Front Knee stays in front of your Front Hip.

Foot Placement

The right Foot Position promotes your motion’s “balance” and gets your ball to travel directly into your target.

Common Foot Placement

When you place your Feet more than one baseball width apart, you start an adverse sequence of events.

Your Front Foot naturally goes behind your Front Knee and you “balance” your weight over your Back Foot.

With your weight over your Back Foot, your Body uses your Throwing Arm to offset your Stride, your Foot Plants, and you begin your Throwing action.

Your ball rarely goes into your intended target.

Good Foot Placement

Your ideal Front Foot distance is one baseball width away from the Back Heel of your Back Foot.

As a conscious effort, you lift your Front Leg to make sure your Front Knee stays in front of your Front Hip.

Your Front Foot lift “balances” your weight just in front of your Back Foot and allows your Glove Hand to fire toward your intended target.

Your Glove Hand flips, your Lower Body drives your Throwing Hand, and you deliver the ball to your target with uncanny regularity.

FREE Instruction When We Can’t Get You into a Starting Positions!

A better Starting Position has your Front Knee finishing in front of your Front Hip and your Glove Hand starting under your Chin.

You have a natural pitching process built to deliver a much larger portion of your pitches directly to your intended target.

Bad Starts

Your Front Knee finishing behind your Front Hip puts your weight over your Back Foot and an undefined Glove Hand spot.

You can’t help but come out of this position with your Front Foot ahead of your Glove Hand.

You land your stride, get your Glove Hand out of the way, and deliver your pitch.

Your Throwing Hand working alone means the likelihood your ball goes to your target decreases exponentially.

Good Starts

A better Starting Position has your Front Knee finishing in front of your Front Hip and your Glove Hand starting under your Chin.

With your weight just in front of your Back Foot, your Glove Hand works ahead of your Front Foot.

Your Glove Hand ahead of your Front Foot causes you to land your stride, have your Glove Hand pop up, and deliver your pitch all at the same time.

Your pitch goes to your target with uncanny regularity.

FREE Instruction When We Can’t Get Your Stride to Be Right!

Learn a natural pitching process built to deliver a much larger portion of your pitches directly to your intended target.

Learn a natural pitching process built to deliver a much larger portion of your pitches directly to your intended target.

Weight Over Your Back Foot

With your Feet greater than one baseball width apart, your Front Knee goes behind your Front Hip, and your weight goes over your Back Foot.

To get out of this position, your Throwing Hand offsets your Stride.

You land your Stride, then your Throwing Hand delivers the ball to your target.

Like throwing Darts, the ball goes where your Throwing Arm sends the pitch.

Better Yet Place Your Weight Just in Front of Your Back Foot

With your Feet placed one baseball width apart and your Thigh rotating outward, your Front Knee stays in ahead of your Front Hip.

Your Front Knee/Front Hip position keeps your weight just in front of your Back Knee.

From this position, your Glove Hand causes you to get your Lower Body into the pitch and make your “Stride and Throwing” the same action.

Your Lower Body pulls your Throwing Arm into release and sends the ball into your target with uncanny regularity.
