Pitchers: “Standout location” tips the scale in your favor!

I’ve quietly spent 25+ years outside the baseball community figuring out how to teach “standout location”. I’ve gone unnoticed as I supplemented MLB Coaches’ directions and helped their Pitchers use their location to log hundreds of MLB innings. If you want “standout location”, I’m here for you too!

“Standout location” solidifies your pitching future.

Pitchers with “standout location” become the total pitching package.
  • You’ll know how to deliver each pitch directly into your Catcher’s intended target.
  • When you miss your target, you’ll put so much late movement on your ball that your opponent still struggles to make solid contact with the ball.
  • When you completely and totally miss your target, you’ll know how to get your next pitch to go where you expect.
  •  No matter the pitch called, your fastball arm speed will keep your opponent guessing about pitch movement and speed.
  • Every time you take the mound, your Team will know you’re capable of keeping them close enough to win.

When you show “standout location”, you become the Pitcher everyone expects and, in the process, you become the envy of every Pitcher who can’t do what you do.

Between your efficient-looking motion and your sustainably excellent results, you shout to MLB Teams that you’re a Pitcher ready to pitch 100+ MLB innings.

It’s never too early to develop “standout location”.

The earlier you discover “standout location”, the easier it’ll become to transition into High School, then College and, perhaps, beyond?

Don’t let your stats lull you into thinking you’re better than you are.

Without “standout location”, untrained, impatient hitters help you compensate for your inability to locate your pitches. They miss pitches they shouldn’t. They swing at pitches they can’t drive. They get behind in counts where they shouldn’t.

Since measuring your ability to locate your pitches would bum you out, you happily let hitters pad your stats, then you use their stats to give you the warm-and-buzzy feeling that you’re better than you really are.

MLB Teams need Pitchers with “standout location”.

MLB Organizations don’t know how to and don’t have to teach location. If they did, there would be a surplus of quality pitching!

Instead, MLB Teams rely on numbers to compensate for their inability to teach location. They continually sift through the available Pitchers, pick the one with the best location and wait to see the results. When the Pitcher they picked doesn’t work out, they fill the slot with another Pitcher. This cycle continues and, when they eventually find a Pitcher who displays “standout location”. the Pitcher is there for 100+ MLB innings.

Eventually location determines your future.

Against MLB hitters who get paid to drive your mistakes, the advantages you had against lower level hitters totally disappear.

It’s at this point that “standout location” becomes the gateway to your pitching future.

There’s only one place to learn “standout location”!

By association, any past or present MLB Pitcher or Coach has done and is doing some extraordinary things, but, when you see the lack of pitch location within the current pitching population, it’s obvious they don’t know how to teach “standout location”. Therefore, to learn “standout location”, you must go outside baseball.

To this end, I’ve quietly spent 25+ years outside the baseball community figuring out how to teach “standout location”. I’ve gone unnoticed as I supplemented MLB Coaches’ directions and  helped their Pitchers use their location to log hundreds of MLB innings.

If you want “standout location”, I’m here for you too!
