Balance, simplicity and location.

Balance is a natural occurrence.
Your body is driven to use your arms for balance. Therefore, the only time you can move your arms the way you want is when your weight is centered within your body.

Pitching is simple.
On the surface, you find a way to bring your throwing hand through the same productive spot on every pitch. Here’s where it gets complicated. Your throwing hand can only come through the same spot when you end your stride with the imbalance we help you create.

Finally, it’s all about location.
As a by-product of the location we teach, you can expect to keep every Hitter guessing about pitch speed and movement. Do this and the chances any Hitter drives any pitch becomes more and more unlikely.

You come to us throwing “darts” and leave throwing a “javelin”

A “dart thrower”.
A “dart thrower”, like any arm-only athletic event, uses just their throwing arm, forearm and wrist to send each dart toward their target.

In pitching, when you end your stride with your body in balance, your delivery mirrors that of a “dart thrower”. Your balance as you end your stride keeps your throwing arm free to deliver the ball toward your target.

What indicators tell you your motion resembles a “dart thrower”?
Your motion resembles an arm-only “dart thrower” when ...
  • You land in a “power position”.
  • You can’t end your stride with an open front shoulder without hurting your results.
  • You miss your target by a lot on one pitch and can only “hope” your next pitch travels into your target.

A “javelin thrower”.
A “javelin thrower”, like any full-bodied athletic event, uses their entire body to generate their throwing action.
In pitching, your motion is like a “javelin thrower”, when you end your stride with a planned imbalance. It’s this imbalance that, to get back in balance, forces you to make a productive throwing (re)action.

No matter your age or skill level, in less than 5 minutes, we guarantee to turn your hit-or-miss throwing action into a sustainably productive throwing (re)action where …
  • You can expect each pitch to travel directly into your target.
  • Should you miss your spot, you know how to deliver your next pitch directly into your Catcher’s target.
  • You challenge the best hitters to make solid contact with any pitch you throw.

We guarantee exemplary results.

There’s 3-ways our Pitchers keep the best hitters more off-balance than any arm-only Throwers.

1. You always show the hitter a fastball arm speed.
No matter the pitch called, your full-body delivery shows the same arm speed on every pitch. By comparison, if you’re an arm-only Thrower, your arm speed varies from one pitch to the next. Lower level Hitters won’t pick this up, but as you climb the baseball ladder, changes in arm speed tip pitches.

2. Without fail, your pitches break as close to the plate as humanly possible.
No matter what, your ball is going to take the same path into your Catcher’s target, but the energy your full-bodied motion generates causes your ball to break much closer to the plate than when you complete your delivery with just your upper body..

3. On every pitch, your Catcher places his glove in an unhittable location and you expect the ball to travel directly into his target.
The “javelin thrower-like” throwing (re)action you generate makes it much more likely you’ll bring your throwing hand through the same tiny release window. Consequently, you deliver a greater percentage of your pitches directly into your Catcher’s target. However, with your throwing arm working by itself, you can’t know with any certainty where any one pitch will end up.

Your location tells all.

When you full-body delivery sends each pitch into your target, you maximize your throwing arm speed, your ball breaks closer to the plate than usual and you can be assured your fastball arm speed won’t tip your pitches.
