Front Knee Position

Poor Back Knee

During your Front Leg Lift, your Front Knee going behind your Front Hip prevents your Lower Body from commanding your pitch.

Initial Footwork

When your Front Foot positions itself TO THE HOME PLATE SIDE your Front Knee, your Throwing Arm gets involved with your balance.

When you place all your weight over your Back Foot, your Foot Strike initiates your Throwing Action.
