Your Body is always in balance.

“False” Internal Rotation creates balance when your Front Knee goes behind your Front Hip.

In “Legitimate” Internal Rotation, you produce balance when your Front Knee stays in front of your Front Hip.

“Legitimate” Internal Rotation

To create a position for your Front Knee to end up in front of your Front Hip, your Feet begin close together.

From this position, you want your front Thigh to rotate outward.

Your Front Knee stays in front of your Front Hip, your Front Toe lines up with your Back Hip, and your Front Foot toes point toward Home Plate.

“False” Internal Rotation

Without exception, your Feet in any other position prompts your Front Knee to go behind your Front Hip.

No matter how you maneuver your Body, your Lower Body will always follow your Throwing Arm, your ball will periodically go into your target, but no regularly.

You rely on the Hitter to make your outing something with structure.
