Random Fastball Command
Your throwing hand going behind
your body tells you that you don’t have the fastball command you need.
Your throwing arm going behind
your body is used to balance your stride, your body position is random, and your
ball release is arbitrary.
Pinpoint Fastball Command
However, your hands staying in front of your body shouts fastball
command.
Your body is in balance, your throwing arm reacts to your glove hand, you
land in the same body position all the time, and the ball goes where you want.
Resolution
Unable to get your throwing arm in front of your body, feel
free to use my do-it-yourself pitching program or my in-person, South Jersey
pitching sessions to improve your motion.
Until next time, I’m Coach Skip telling you pitch location
is coachable.
