Your pitch begins with how you stand.
Build The Balance
A balanced starting position places your heels close together,
with your weight evenly distributed between your feet.
Your feet give your body a stable foundation before you begin
moving.
When you start balanced, your lower body can move efficiently,
your core transfers that movement, and your throwing hand doesn't have to
compensate to find the target.
Balance → Direction → Sequence → Throw
Let The Glove Hand Trigger The Motion
Once you're balanced, your glove hand becomes the trigger.
The glove hand moves across your body and prompts your hips to
respond, the hips activate the lower body, your stride develops, and your
throwing hand delivers the baseball.
Glove Hand → Hips → Front Leg → Throwing Hand
Your glove hand helps organize the movements that allow your
entire body to deliver the pitch.
Get Better Results
When you begin out of balance, every movement that follows
must compensate.
When you begin balanced, each movement can prompt the next.
That's how you build repeatable command and efficient velocity
without asking your throwing arm to do the entire job.
Build the balance. Move the glove hand. Let the sequence
deliver the baseball.
Pro Pitching Institute teaches the balance and glove-hand
movement needed to produce a repeatable throw or your instruction is FREE.
