Every pitcher moves. The question is whether the movement is organized or unorganized.
Organized Motion
An Organized Motion begins with the glove hand
initiating the delivery.
The glove hand movement allows your lower body to lead,
creating a connected sequence that naturally transfers energy through your
hips, front leg, and throwing arm.
Instead of forcing the baseball with your arm, your body
delivers it one movement at a time.
The result is improved command, more efficient velocity, and
a repeatable delivery.
Unorganized Motion
An Unorganized Motion begins when the sequence breaks
down.
The throwing arm tries to create the motion rather than
respond to it.
The lower body falls behind, balance is compromised, and the
arm compensates for movements that never occurred.
This leads to missed targets, inconsistent velocity,
unnecessary stress on the arm, and a delivery that's difficult to repeat.
